T he Oscars, also known as the Academy Awards, is an annual ceremony that honors the best films and performances of the year. The awards are presented by the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences, which is made up of more than 9,000 members who work in various aspects of the film industry. However, for many years, the Academy has been criticized for its lack of diversity and representation in its nominations and awards. The first Academy Awards ceremony was held in 1929, and in the early years, the awards were dominated by white men. It wasn't until 1939 that Hattie McDaniel became the first African American to win an Oscar, for her role in "Gone with the Wind." However, McDaniel was not allowed to sit with her fellow cast members at the ceremony, as segregation was still prevalent at the time. उत्तराखंड बना "पर्यटक प्रोत्साहन कूपन" योजना शुरू करने वाला भारत का पहला राज्य

  कोरोना महामारी से प्रभावित पर्यटन उद्योग को पटरी पर लाने के लिए उत्तराखंड सरकार ने यूरोपीय देश सिसिली, जापान और साइप्रस की तर्ज पर राज्य में "पर्यटक प्रोत्साहन कूपन" योजना शुरू करने वाला देश का पहला राज्य बन गया है। राज्य सरकार ने पर्यटन से संबंधित अर्थव्यवस्था को बढ़ावा देने और राज्य में अधिक पर्यटकों को आकर्षित करने के लिए यह रणनीति शुरू की है। इसका लाभ उठाने के लिए उत्तराखंड आने वाले पर्यटकों को देहरादून स्मार्ट सिटी पोर्टल पर पर्यटन श्रेणी में अपना पंजीकरण कराना होगा।  "पर्यटक प्रोत्साहन कूपन" योजना के तहत होटल और होमस्टे में ठहरने पर ई-बुकिंग के लिए पर्यटक को तीन दिनों के लिए होटल और होमस्टे में ठहरने के लिए, पर्यटकों को अधिकतम 1000 रुपये या 25 प्रतिशत दैनिक के लिए प्रोत्साहन कूपन दिए जाएंगे। उत्तराखंड पर्यटन विकास परिषद द्वारा शुरू की गई टीआईसी योजना पर्यटकों के दृष्टिकोण से बहुत लाभदायक साबित होगी और इससे होटल और होमस्टे ऑपरेटरों को लाभ होगा। राज्य सरकार की इस पहल का पर्यटन उद्योग के लोगों ने स्वागत किया है और इससे राज्य में अर्थव्यवस्था को बढ़ाने में मदद म...

गंगा नदी डॉल्फिन दिवस (5 अक्टूबर) के अवसर पर भारत ने गंगा नदी पर "My Ganga, My Dolphin" के अंतर्गत एक दिलचस्प अभियान "डॉल्फिन सफारी" का शुभारंभ नेशनल मिशन फॉर क्लीन गंगा (NMCG) द्वारा भारत में ईको-टूरिज्म को बढ़ावा देने के लिए उत्तर प्रदेश, बिहार और पश्चिम बंगाल के छह स्थानों पर शुरू किया गया है। "My Ganga, My Dolphin"अभियान बिजनौर से नरौरा तक 250 किलोमीटर के क्षेत्र में डॉल्फिन की जनगणना करने के लिए की गई है।। इस तरह की पहली पहल में डॉल्फिन सफारी कहलगांव (बिहार), बिजनौर, बृजघाट, प्रयागराज और वाराणसी (उत्तर प्रदेश), और बंदेल (पश्चिम बंगाल) में शुरू होगी।  यह "गंगा नदी के किनारे पारिस्थितिकी के लिए डॉल्फिन संरक्षण के माध्यम से आजीविका को जोड़ने के लिए स्थायी पर्यटन के लिए यह डब्ल्यूआईआई (Wildlife Institute of India), एनएमसीजी  (National Mission for Clean Ganga) और राज्य वन विभागों  (State Forest Departments) का एक संयुक्त उद्यम है।" हाल के वर्षों में, गंगेटिक डॉल्फ़िन की संख्या में काफी वृद्धि हुई है। अब तक, स्थानीय समुदाय के प्रशिक्षित स्वयंसेवक,...
