Image
Vocationalisation of Education in India - A Major Challenge In the Indian education system, the greatest challenge is to provide skill-based education to school-going children.  Today, the greatest challenge in the Indian education system is to provide skill-based education to school-going children. It is surprising that children who require skills don't desire them. There are two major reasons for this:- 1. Vocational education or skills have no social standing when compared to professional education. 2. The social stigma a skilled professional is not compared fairly with a person in a white-collar job (a doctor, an engineer, a lawyer, etc.) Ask school-going children about their desire, no one will be interested in becoming an auto mechanic, a travel assistant, a plumber, a mobile handset repairer or an accountant. This is happening because of the nurturing thought of our society. Every parent wants to see their children as a doctor, an engineer, a lawyer, etc.

Mountains are Converting into Garbage Dumping Point

Image
Mountains are Converting into Garbage Dumping Point Nowadays, Tourism increasing rapidly and with the growth of tourism in the country, many destinations get an unexpected number of tourist at the same time, which cause damage of the ecosystem at the destination during these periods. On my journey to Mcleodganj in the month of May 2019, I found how the scenic beauty of the Himalayas was ruined by heaps of garbage thrown by tourists.   After season end we saw it was disappointing to find the use of plastic water bottles, snack wrappers and single used plastic near the Naddi River, Bhagsu waterfall and so on……. We fail to realize the impact of garbage left by us, while we travel. we mindlessly leave heaps of garbage in the hills. This lack of awareness or uncontrolled Tourism habits is ruining the eco-system in the hills. we should responsible for sustainable tourism growth. !! Don't Litter, While You Travelling, Be Ecological !!
